Booking and visit terms
Online booking at sweetlab.sk is for reserving an appointment time free of charge. The booking itself does not oblige you to order or pay for a massage and does not create an obligation to pay for a service.
- Creating a booking is free.
- We do not charge a fee or penalty for cancellation or non-attendance.
- If you cannot attend, please let us know in advance so that we can offer the time to another client.
- The specific paid service is agreed during your visit to the salon; payment takes place after the service has been provided.
- Service prices are shown in the current price list on the website.
If you provide an email address when booking, we can send you a confirmation, reminder and secure cancellation link.
At the salon, you can pay in cash, by QR payment or bank transfer. Card payment is available only when card acceptance is active.
