Information about personal data processing
The controller of your personal data is SweetLab s. r. o., company ID (IČO) 50 981 277, with its registered office at Andrusovova 909/1, 851 01 Bratislava – Petržalka. For questions about personal data, contact masaz@sweetlab.sk.
What data we process and why
For online bookings, we process your name, telephone number, email address (if provided), chosen service, date, time and technical data needed to operate the website securely. We use these data to create and manage your booking, communicate about your appointment, send a confirmation or reminder and handle cancellation.
The legal basis for data needed for booking is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: taking steps at your request before providing a service. We do not require separate consent for this purpose. Data used for separate marketing, publication of photographs or special categories of data are considered separately.
Recipients and systems used
Persons authorised by SweetLab and technical service providers may access the data to the extent necessary, in particular the hosting provider, email service provider and Google Calendar, which we use to manage appointments. We do not disclose booking content for advertising purposes. If using a technical provider entails a transfer outside the European Economic Area, it may take place only where the requirements of Chapter V GDPR are met.
Retention period
Identifiable booking data are kept for three calendar months after the appointment; they are then deleted or anonymised unless further retention is required by law. Data contained in accounting or tax documents are retained for the periods required by the relevant laws.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and object to processing where the right to object applies. Where the conditions of the GDPR are met, you also have the right to data portability. Send your request to masaz@sweetlab.sk.
You also have the right to submit a request or complaint to Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic), Galvaniho 7/B, 821 04 Bratislava.
Providing data and automated decision-making
Your name and telephone number are needed to create and manage a booking. Email is optional, but without it we cannot email you a confirmation, reminder or cancellation link. We do not make automated decisions in the booking process that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
